If a unit becomes available for sale you will be contacted regardless of your place in the applicant reserve (wait list). If the unit interests you, we will at that time require 15 additional representations of your work & other optional materials, such as reviews, videos, references, etc. At that time, if you wish to be considered, you will need to prepare the following:

1. Download and fill out the personal financial statement.

2. Download the Primary Residency Affidavit and have it signed and notarized.

3. 15 additional slides, jpegs, prints or alternate materials of work that has been completed in the past 3 years, with slide/image list

4. An updated resume

You should consider getting pre-approved for a loan. We can provide a list of banks on request.

You will have to return these completed items within 10 days from the open house date of the unit for sale to:

Please include a SASE with adequate return postage if you want the return of any materials you send.

Once we receive all the required materials, we may set up an interview with the candidates.
