The Artist Building at 300 Summer Street
We encourage working visual artists in all disciplines who are looking for ownership opportunities and a secure place to live and work to sign up for our applicant reserve list.
This list serves as an early notification and pre-approval process so that when a unit comes up for sale we can move quickly. Every person on the list will get notified when a unit is available. Your order on the list is not a determining factor.
300 Summer Street is a co-operative building and there are expectations that members will participate in yearly Open Studios events and at times serve on the Board of Directors.
300 Summer Street is a live/work building. There are no work only studios.
